Welcome to the official website of the Labrador Canoe Regatta. This dynamic event is held annually on the first weekend in August, on Gosling Lake, which is located between Happy Valley-Goose Bay and North West River Labrador on Route 520.

This year, the Labrador Canoe Regatta will be held on August4th-6th with the closing ceremonies for Come Home to Labrador and the Labrador Canoe Regatta will be held at Gosling Park on Sunday evening around 9pm, followed by fireworks.

The Committee has worked very hard to obtain funding/sponsorship for the races tihs year...please note prizes will vary!!!

This is not a typical regatta....in our event, teams of 6 paddlers take their traditional voyageur canoes on a gruelling course up the lake and back. Are you up for the challenge?
