Welcome Home everyone! We are nearing the end of our Come Home Year celebrations with our Regatta this weekend, closing ceremonies and fireworks on Sunday and then a farewell BBQ at the town hall in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Monday. We hope you will join us for all of the fun....

28th Labrador Canoe Regatta
Welcome to the official website of the Labrador Canoe Regatta. This dynamic event is held annually on the first weekend in August, on Gosling Lake, which is located between Happy Valley-Goose Bay and North West River Labrador on Route 520.
This year, the Labrador Canoe Regatta will be held on July 29th and 30th with the closing ceremonies for Come Home to Labrador and the Labrador Canoe Regatta will be held at Gosling Park on Sunday evening around 9pm, followed by fireworks.
The Committee has worked very hard to obtain funding/sponsorship for the races tihs year...please note prizes will vary!!!

This is not a typical regatta....in our event, teams of 6 paddlers take their traditional voyageur canoes on a gruelling course up the lake and back. Are you up for the challenge?
